hurray, after months of waiting i got my ptal today... now my query is what to do next..do we need to submit to ecfmg or just mention it on common application form on sept1st?

PTAL= Post-training authorization letter also known by most as the famous california letter. Without it you can't apply to programs in california.
Submit it to ERAS. It will work as one of your 4 LOR's when you apply to any program in California. Best of lucks and congrats on getting that letter. It's a great accomplishment just by itself!
