Volunteer research assistant needed in central NJ

A community hospital in central new jersey is recruiting volunteer research assistant for summer (3 months). Responsibilities include retrospective review of patient electronic charts. The hospital has state-of-the-art electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Benefits: Familiarity with EMR which physicians use routinely. Recommendation letter and co-authorship in peer reviewed scientific paper for excellent performance.

Thanks for posting... Can u tell us which hospital it is. So that we can confirm from the hospital.I am jus woendring , why do we need to submit a personal statement and reference letters for a RA position. We need that for match. For an RA position ususlly people ask for CV only.......
