E. A. fibrous cortical defect is usually asymptomatic ans selflimited.

Must say the question is from BSS, and I posted it mainly bc I did not know about '' Fibrous cortical defect '' too much and yes , as you know now, that is the answer : A I read about it a bit , , the nonossifying fibroma, is very common in young age and most common fibrous bone lesion, in larger size can cause pathologic fracture. But nothing about the pain, what eMedicine.com states. And I thought also about osteoma, where is the pain common sign( realived by Aspirin , as Jean Robert mention, but not in children ) .... so that's why I posted it here for discussion !

i have to recognize that the question look familiar to me , i dindt know where? now i know , the radioluscent defect is what i remember to answer this question good question to refresh , thanks good girl
