HI, is it compulsory to write 5 DD or if we think only 2 is apt. can we write only two or we have to write entire 5?

you do not have to rite 5 D/Ds. they can be less.

dont write 5 DDs if 2 or 3 suffice... u will loose point if u do that..... for example... in case hip fracture u cant get more then 3 DD. so dont write more than that..
