36 yr old woman referred for psychiatry evaluation...H/O abdominal pain since 9 months after the death of her mother. Abd pain is intermittent and sometimes described after meals...Also complains of nausea vomitina nd bloating. Bowel and bladder are normal.... she has consulted multiple specialist and had multiple workups of GI, blah blah all of which are normal. Patient is anxious, frustrated and concerned that she is really sick and Docs are not careful enough to find out whats wrong with her...whats the diagnosis?? a) Body dysmorphic disorder b) Conversion c) Hypochondriais d) Pain disorder e) Somatisation disorder

Conversion is not over 3 months and predominant in neurological sx: ex=paralysis...
