As everyone else on this forum, I have this question.

My Step 2CS exam was over yesterday.
These are the following mistakes I made.
I did not drape 2 patients, did not counsel after examining a neuro case (finished neuro exam), was pretty decent on a telephone pediatric case, .
In patient note, forgot to write no clubbing/ cyanosis/;lymphadenopathy for most cases although I examined them. Forgot to write MMSE even though I did for that neuro case.
Wrote in detail about the relevant physical exam in detail, also touched on other systems quickly.
I asked most of the PAMHUGFOSS in most cases, may have omitted HITS (one or two points for some cases) inhistory taking.
But wrote all these in detail in the PN.
What do you think? Will I pass?? I did not make very big mistakes.
What percent of things we need to do/write to pass in ICE. My CIS and SEP should be good.
