B. anti centromere
C. anti ds-DNA
D. SS-A (Ro)

The marker for CREST is anti centromere. They both have C in it.
anti-scl-70 is for scleroderma diffuse type. They both have scl in it.
D. anti ds-DNA is for SLE.
E. SS-A is for Sjogren's disease

BTW, Sjogren's disease is associated with B cell (non-Hodgkin) lymphoma at the end stages. The diagnosis is made through the antibodies, and afterwards a small salivary gland biopsy.
(Just talking to myself out loud, so I'll remember this thread when I'm doing the test).

and the biopsy is done ...dum dum dum... on the inner lip
you also first include a Schirmer's test - to check tear production, they stick a long strip of paper hanging out from your eye and see how much of it gets wet by the tears (saw it on the Discovery channel "Mystery diagnosis"  )

Scl 70 is specific for PSS
