differential diagnosis : (symptoms and signs ) constrictive pericarditis,restrictive myocardiopathy ,pericardial tamponate and right myocardial infarct.

all have pulsus paradoxus.increase JVD,kussmaul sign
pericardial tamponate :hypotension
clear lung
right myocardial infarct ;hypotension
clear lung
constrictive pericarditis; pulmonary congestion
another difference?

Plain X-ray or CT scan shows a thickened( may be calcified) pericardium in case of constrictive pericarditis.
