Hi.. i am in my second year in medical school and all i know about USMLE is that i desperately want to get through it ..So plz tell me what to do.. should i buy first aid now ? and what is kaplan? Is it a book ? ... right now i study Indian textbooks... but that is really not enough right?.... i am also going for PG entrance coaching ... Will that help me with USMLE? .... I know i sound kinda silly n stupid... but plz reply n help me

Buy First Aid and a couple top rated review books and read them along with your school courses.

1.cool down
2.do review books first, solve qs, then n only then touch text books... review books : micro- jawetz review book, pharma-katzung review,pathology-golijans rapid review n robbins review QnA, anatomy-snell's, biochem- lippincotts , physiology- BRS physio, behav sc- BRS behav sc ...and combine kaplan notes for all these subjects....you'll also pass your college univ exams with flying colors if u use these books...
3.get first aid, kaplan notes n DVDs..listen to all the DVDs..
4.you may go for PG coaching, but at the end u'll have to choose one- either your home country PG or USMLEs...
no q is silly n stupid...
