hi can someone plz. tell me how to check for orthostotic hypotension?or simply we can write in the workup plan?

It's ok to mention it in the work up. You do not need to do it. In case you still want to, record the BP in sitting position>> keep the deflated cuff on>>> make the patient stand>> record BP again. But still, Do NOT use the values that you record. Take the BP given in the patient info sheet as true and accurate.

That's the thing. In the real world, you have to measure the lying, then sitting, then standing BPs with at least 3 minutes interval between them. You can't afford to do this in this test.
