1-plz how can u diff between constitutional growth delay , lack of growth hormone and familial one????
2- i only can undertsand the features of the VSD,ASD,PDA,TGA,TOF do u think other congenital heart are also important like truncus arteriosus ,hypoplastic left heart,total anomalous and tricuspid atresia are importanta? and is there any way to can simply recognize each

Constitutional--Family history of growth delay and delayed puberty but ultimately normal height; Normal length and weight at birth; Rate of growth is less in early life then increases; Puberty delayed; Bone age
Familial--Short stature in parents; Small at birth; Rate of growth is less than normal throughout but more than 4 cm/yr; puberty Normal time ; Bone age =chronological age;
GH Normal; final ht Usually according familial height

GH Def --ht Normal at birth; growth velocity <4 cm /yr; Other features if panhypopitutarism; Bone age
sorry for the chaotic writing, it was in a table form and i didnt know how to put that here

i think the ones u know are enough though there are certain "favorite" questions from each type that sometimes get asked like snowman heart CXR in TAPVR...but those u will get if u practise enough mcq i guess...
