IS IT POSSIBLE TO SEE ANY OBJECTIVE COMPARATIVE INFO ON PROGRAMS LIKE RATINGS, ETC.? I DO NOT JUST MEAN WHAT THE SCORES THEY EXPECT FROM CANDIDATES, ETC., RATHER I WANT TO SEE HOW THE MANY PROGRAMS COMPARE TO EACH OTHER, SOME SORT OF A RATING. APPARENTLY THERE ARE BETTER AND WORSE PROGRAMS IN ANY FIELD. ALSO SOME OF THE PROGRAMS ARE MORE COMPETITIVE THAN OTHERS.

There is no objective rating system. Simply because a program does not fit everyone. A community program might not mean much to you, but it might be the best option for someone else.
