Hi,
my exam is on monday may 26th. I thought i would be able to cancel my test online but it says i cannot cancel it online through prometric. i think i have to call in to cancel but the office is closed until monday. Can i still cancel my test on the day of the exam. My exam is at 9am the office opens at 8am. If i cancel it before, would it be ok? I am aware of the fact I have to pay a fee of &104 when i reschedule. I had fallen sick, so I need some extra days. please help if anyone knows. Thank you!

i think you can call the morning of the exam and cancel over the phone. i think if u call within 5 business days of the exam u have to call prometric to cancel, and cant do it over the phone. i think if u call the morning of the exam they will consider it a "no show," but u can reschedule then too. good luck with ur exam and rescheduling!

I was not able to call in this morning either because office is closed due to national holiday. But I am in Canada. So now what will happen? Are they going to put down as a no show? Is that a bad thing? Is the fee to reschedule it more then 104? Can I provide the reason I am in Canada & I wasn't also able to cancel online for the past 3 days? It isn't really my fault, all my options were closed. Please help if anyone knows.
