Hello all matched guys to IM. We are a month away to start on our dream positions as residents in the US.
Which materiasl are you using to study? which topics are you studying harder?
For some serendipity I ended up here, in the group of the matched people and I am fraking out about my new responsabilities starting july 1st.
Any input is highly appreciated

Hey,

I would strongly recommend to refresh all electrolyte and acid-base disturbances, and mechanisms of compensation and treatment... CHEM-10/-20 is a frequently discussed issue during morning rounds...

wash manual is still good as intern's survival guide..

the blue pocket book by mayo clinic is the key book to be in your white coats for quick reference and then there is the Tarascons' ICU book and pharmacopia.... saying that; there is no time to read much.. all you do is check uptodate.com online if you are stuck..

For inservice exams.. it depends what you like.. MKSAp is the best generally; Mayo clnic or Hopkinson reviews are also famous.
