i am just starting preparation now for step 3 ...i did use the usmle CD ( one block ) it seems easy i mean very easy i scored 81% ok now what do you think how much is the actual exam harder thank you for any advice guys

the cd questions are easy. do not judge the exam based on those questions. the Qs on the real thing can be much harder.

thank you medicus i guess with what i read the USmle wolrd wil be a better indicator
