i just read in lippin biochem and i believe answer should be
A- increased ADP.
(ADP stimulate conversion of isocitrate to alpha KG, in this step CO2 is produced and CO2 is also produced in next step.)

another q

chemist wanting to lose weight ,obtained dinitrophenol .Before consults her physician and was informed DNP is dangerous.
Which of the following changes would have ocurred in her mithocondria if she had ingested enough DPN
a.- Ox comsumption would increase

c.- the proton gradient would increase

Since its an uncoupling agent, oxygen consumption would increase, ATP synthesis stops, so A
