I got my j1 visa and passport stamped. They have attached my ds 2019 to my passport and visa officer has signed it . Do it need to be stamped by visa officer or sign of visa officer is sufficient on DS 2019

You shouldn't have opened the evelope in the first place. It should've been opened in any US port of entry by a USA imigration officer.
