I tried to download the file and did it but I couldn't open the file due to an unknown problem within the file. So I tried again and failed again! It took a long time, so would you please help me with this?

You need a winzip program to dearchive the file and acrobat reader to open the cases.

Dear Doc,
Yes, I had used both winzip and acrobat reader, but believe me, it's a corrupt file! I think that it should be fixed.
