what about if pain is present?
what about if discharge, milky, bloody?
but these are very specific probably not very high yield either...

Breast cancer is approximately 70 years old to show generally as a mass in the breast can be had discharge ,is not usually painful, unilateral or bilaterally
in other age differential diagnosis must be done if gynecomastiais primary or secundary(hormonal ,drug, testyicular adrenal pituitary tumor,or benign lesion.
