I am taking the exam in a couple of days. I have done NBME and USMLE cd, and each one of those tests say that I am passing with flying colors. I decided to go back and review some UW questions, and my test results are not so good. Any advice will be much appreciated. Thanks!!

NBME is the predictor of your performance. buy another NBME if you have much doubt.
if previous NBME you have enough score that pleases you, just go and quick read in the FirstAid/or something simple notes.
