hi! i have this question, hope you guys and gals can answer it. i know you could do the oasis trick after 3 wednesday after you took the exam. my question is, what will the system do if you do it earlier? will it allow you to apply for that exam or it will tell you that you cannot apply for that coz their record showed that you have taken the exam or your application is still active?
maybe those who took their exam recently and are waiting for their result can do it, sort of an experiment. and what ever respond you get, hope you'll post it so we could have a survey.
i took mine almost 2 weeks ago,and it showed a message in red, telling me i cannot apply for that exam or exam component. but i know its still too early to do it and the best way to know if you really pass or not is the letter that they will send you. coz i know someone who did the oasis after 3 weeks and it allowed her to re-apply for the exam. she almost did, the following day her result came and it said that she passed.

well i have given exam last april 28,now its more than 3 weeks,i haven got my result ,,and when i try oasisi trick its says this:
Our records indicate that you are already registered for this Step or Step Component. You may not apply for a Step or Step Component if you are already registered for that Step or Step Component. If you fail or do not complete a Step or Step Component, you may submit another application for this exam, but certain time limits apply when retaking a Step or Step Component. For complete information, refer to Reexamination and Reapplication in the ECFMG Information Booklet and Retakes in the USMLE Bulletin of Information.

one of my online friend she gav exam 30 april she said when she apply its going through ,so i m not sure wt this mean,oaisi trick work or not,if u r saying somebody applying and its going through and she passed so this mean this trick doent work any more,any ways mine is more than 3 weeks and i m still waiting for result,best of luck

isnt the step 1 score sent in the website now too ? (i received the step 2 score report on the oasis website)

The Oasis trick doesn't exist anymore. It was used for the time between the letter be sent (with the score report ) in the mail until the day it arrived, so it doesn't make any sense anymore, now that the score report is eletronic. The Oasis trick starts working at the same time you have the result available in the site!

Do you guys know when on Wednesday we get results on OASIS, morning, night? At 12 am on Wednesday?

I tried doing the Oasis trick right now and it wouldn't let me register for the exam again i took it on May 1st is this too soon to try it?
