i have a very important question?
if i have a j1 visa or h1b visa or any other visa and i married from american citizen that means i will be american citizen?

Are you currently married to an American Citizen ( the one who has a US passport ) and not Green Card.

If she has a Passport then she can call you to US on Visa within under 1yr depending on factors explained by the USCIS

If she has a green card you may get your immigration forms pretty late like in 3-5 yrs or Even more.

PS i m not an Immigration lawyer the info i have provided above can vary and be changed as i m not the US govt. So please go thru the USCIS

thanks alot new_n_lost and i hope that i can help you cos yu helped me in your answers

i want really to go to do usmle but i am afraid after all my studying
step 1 and 2 and traveling to us to do cs and after al that i will not matched tha may shock me
