ambiguoua genitalia until pubery, when increase testosterone causes masculinization of genitalia. Testosterone/estrogen levels are normal, LH is normal or increased

PHYSICAL EXAM findings
include:small for age penis,testes in inguinal canall,urinary meatus lies in perinum and bifid scrotum
