Decrease sex hormones, decrease cortisol, increase mineralocorticoid, hypertension, hypokelemia, phenotypically female but no maturation.

1- hypokalemis
2- hypernatremia
3- decreased renin
4- decreased 17-ketosteroids(product of sex hormones)
5-ABGs=metabolic alkalosis due to mineralcorticoids action of 11-deoxycortisoneand coticosterone
6- increased urine gonadotropin due to compensation for lack ofsex hormones
