Hey Dr.H, i studied from 2004 books, 2005-2006 has only minor changes i found a couple sentences difference in them. i think there's a 2006-2007 version and i can imagine there's not much difference in those either.

check if these are current:
the hypertension classification: something like: preHTN>120, stage 1:>140, stage 2>160,
the diabetes diagnosis
the ATPIII , cholesterol guidelines i think are the same
causes of meningitis
thyroid nodule workup - first steps = TSH & Ultrasound (not sure if its in books or qbanks)
crohn dz antibodies ASCA... i think there was another 1 or 2 disease with new antibodies...Rheum arthritis?
but you'll get alot of information and concepts from doing the usmleworld.
