sup guys i started usmle world qbank recent and i'm really confused i did 3 tests already timed all subjects 50qs each and i got 50% altogether but i kind of confuse how to get benefit of doing qbank with review i'm doing the 1st aid as a review together with kaplan notes and also goljan rapid review so can anyone plzz tell me what else i need 2 do to get better score

hey magdy, there is something called as punctuation, u left that at school itself or what? where are the commas, fullstops etc etc??? its like a jumbled mess and we cant comprehend what your problem is...
regarding u world, yes its tough and it does take time... its better to do a test and then review it. the whole process takes about 4 hrs for a single test...so do it that way and it will be more effective...
books are books, questions are questions, no matter how many review books you read, they are still books.. so dont worry, keep doing the questions regularly... they will help you...

Hi Kollirules44, thanks for your encouragement, i guess my last posting reflects how much confused was i'm when i typed it 
Anyway i was thinking on getting Kaplan medessentials what do you think ? would it help if i start doing review from it together with the Qbank?
