less blood flow duh ! its a fresh new working lung !!! silly...

less cough reflex? no nerves?

Blood flow is increased

PPH leads to thickening of blood vessels in turns increases resistance of blood vessels.. so when we transplant new lung its blood vessels and resistance to blood flow will be normal. so blood flow is more in transplanted lung compared to left lung.
