79 yr old male with leg pain on walking, relieves on rest. he has to sit down or bend over for the pain to go away. He states tht he can do cycling for long periods of time with no problem. Pulses r normal. whats the dx n its cause, how do u treat it?

YOU R RIGHT answer is neurogenic claudication due to old age, bony spurs are pressing on the nevers of spinal cord. there is narrowing of spinal cord. dx MRI tx: decompression
