McCune Albright syndrome--------->Triad of polyostotic fibrous dysplasia, café au lait skin pigmentation(Coast of Maine), and autonomous endocrine hyperfunction

What I'm getting here is that the "coast of maine" cafe au lait lesions are the macules in the question. So what's the answer? a? because of the polyostotic dysplasia?
