Hello:
Glad to be here and I have got much useful information from this website.
Can someone tell me if I need to re-send the step 3 certification of identity form to FSMB?
I have sent one for my first time to take step 3, but unfortunately, I failed that time. Now I plan to take it again and I don't know if I need to re-send that form again. It is very inconvient for me to have a notory public service which is necessary for the identification form.

I don't think you'll have to re-send the form. The form is good for 5 years unless something has changed (i.e. name). If still in doubt call them )
