i got home like few hrs ago, lets' just say this.. i should probably kept on studying and perhaps pushed, i so felt like that new testing system kicked in, the one they talk about for years happening, where it would get harder as u got more rite, but then agian i may have just not known anything, oops!! 
anyways, i am tired, is o enjoyed ck more, hehehe.. this was just bogus i swear, i mean im not one to complain, but enuff with molecualr and immuno junk i've never heard of, maybe if i dont kaplan, hahahahaahaa, oops too late, maye for when i take it again in a few months.. im not just saying that whole 'oh i failed bit' b/c i want attn, im not like tht kind of person, but if i pass, its gona be barely.... 
i did get some descent ques, and those that i knew i should have known, but still got wrong but hey wat can i do now nothing... 
i just want to pass this crazy test, i was up til like 3 m (i know bad, but i knew i hadn't done wat all ishould have done) and yes, good thing i spent all that time doing those nbme's, i swear i had exact replicas (i mean im not surprised, makes sense na since they write nbme's too!!) but they would switch up ques, or sometimes they didnt... ck is harder b/c it's longer by another hour so i wasn't so tired, but i was tired b/c this exam started at 8 am (my ck was at 10, i so prefer that time, hehee, im not morning person ppl!!!) and i woke up at 6 am to look at stuff.. but the good thing that came out of this, i felt i knew more neuro (the reaosn i knew i shoudnt have taken my exam last time, but i did anyways and failed!!! hehee, dont ever do that!).. no i dnt know allt he neuro still, but mre than i knew from fist time i took it.. so hopefully that went up, but perhaps other categories fell, who knows... 
anyways, we shall see, all i got to say for ppl taking it soon, just go over mechanisms of like immuno mechanism (stuff like i've never herad of, they ask such odd things, u feel defeated) and if i had more questions on bone marrow transplants and wat infxns they get, i just kept puting cmv everytime i aw it, b.c i thought that's what they are most susceptible, or great im sure i got that wrong too  .. and renal, holy crap, renal everything about kidney cancers and renal cysts.. and wat they are made of, and how u trest them, and wat infx they get after transplants, uugghh!!!! i was just like, watever!! and wat in the world is toll center receptor??? i have not head ever, oh well, wat can i say... it's just mean that exam i tell u, i feel defeated for real, im not saying fr atten, i do mean it, i will just sit and wait now...... but with a smile for sure!! i can't change wat ever hapend now after i click end!!

Hottie, I was thinking about your exam today when I was swimming in my books... i sent you some good energy Hope, it help A lot of people feel the same way like you do now and then in 3 weeks suddenly they remember they did knew a lot of answers...amazing...
I just have the feeling that you should be ok...will wait and see...

thx sigh and milee.. i promise u guys im no saying it like u know how some ppl do rite?? like those ppl that really truly are so smart and they get like their 88 percents on uworld and 9000 on nbme's and say 'oh guys i thinki failed' i got 440's across the board except form 2 was like 520 or something once random day, but u know more or less like 450 i'd ballprk it, and hell i mean if i get even wat a 450 is equivalent, i will be more than happy, i dont know if it was the sleep deprivation or all the caffiene/sugar i was wired up on, but i promise guys, some of that stuff, i was just like, wat are u asking??? i know we all feel like that for like maybe 5 questions, i felt like every block 15, or maybe more than half the block for blcks 3, 4, 6 and 7... sooooo, im pretty screwed being i'd have to get all the rest perfect (which is dumbo b.c i saw i messed those up too :eek and for those easier blocks, wel i felt like they would go extreme easy to extreme hard, like that whole adaptive testing they talked about loooooong ago they were trying to implement, b/c if that's the case, sure bring on the hard questions, hehehehe.. that means i wasn't so far off, heheheh.. but i dont think that's the case... regardless.. all i can do now is focus on gettin my cv brushed up and hope i get to apply for step 3 in three weeks, hehehee... and enjoy studying again (really i forgot how much more fun ck was, hehehe).. anyways i need to sleep i think.. any ques for u future test takers, will do my best... best o luc!!
