Hi,
can anybody explain the Physical exam's findings (i.e. resonance, percussion, ergophony?, and some other signs) in a patient w/pneumonia, pleural effusion, atelectesis, pneumothorax, COPD, and restrictive lung. Thanks a bunch guys
