  #2

anyone want to help me on this one?????????//

  #3

Think it's E. She post menopausal and her estradiol levels are a little too high for a postmenopausal person.

  #4

yah but for hirsuitism isn't ur testosterone high, like high estrogen would give her endiometria proliferation rite?? that's what iw was btwn e or f...

  #5

Could be PCOS presenting as early menopause. Clinical picture fits.

  #6

Think you posted the same time I did. Yeah - PCOS has both increased testosterone and estrogen.

  #7

Just to add to further answer your question. - yes the increased estrogen does predospose them to endometrial cancer as well. It's all part of the PCOS syndrome.

  #8

k i see what ur saying, sounds good,so ovarian androgen rite?? pco has increase lh to fsh ratio tho, so there is more estrogen then??

  #9

Yeah -
increased LH/FSH ratio
Increased testosteron
Intcrease estrogen

  #10

ok then why would f be wrong?? hehehe.. that says increased test/est no??

  #11

Well F is increase ratio of testosterone to estrogen. Different from saying increased testosterone and increased estrogen.

  #12

ok, no probs.. so incrased ovarian androgens woud include both est and test right? so that would make sense thn.. thx so much tiff!
