hi guys............i need to know what kind off ID we need when we go for step3 because we need id that has the name, photo and signature............the only thing that has all three is the idcard but its in urdu...........the passport n drivin license have the photo and name but no signature...............so PLEASE lemme know ASAP

Passport is fine. the name should match with the name on the exam permit. thats it.
if you are talking about US driver's license then u will not need passport for that. I used my NJ driver's license as photo ID and they did not ask anything else.

Well passports do have signatures on it. If you have the new machine readeable paspport issued then on the second page there is a box in which you need to put your signature. The passport becomes valid only after that signature (in blak ink). If you are using the old passport then it had your signature cut and pasted from your application below your picture. The passport will do just fine.
