help, exam tomorrow, i wanted to pick epo b/c i thought in copd they're hypoxic, so that stimulate epo to release to increase o2, butis it 2.3 bpg increases as well due to hypoxia, which is it??? thanks!!

question says 'increases in his erythrocytes' EPO isnt produced there so I think between epo and 23 dpg i would go with the later
