how to diff between pastuerella multicoda and B.henslea.also whats the treatment diff?

cat scatch disease:Bartonella henslae

papules that are linear,pustules, chronic lymphadenopathy----rx----5 days of azithromycin

pasturella multiloculoidae:

puncture wounds followed by rednss ,erythema,-----rx------amox+clav

cat bite + single erithematous papular ulcerated lesion with central schar + tender regional lymphadenopathy ---tularemia
