the cystitis will come before the pyeolo, and the pyelo will lead to the renal failure.. so that's why i too chose C

it asks what's the most likely complication - which means it hasn't occured yet. So there would be no fever. also - chronic renal failure is not most likely. that would happen after a sequelae of events. most people with BPH are not having chronic renal failure.
