Embryo isn't my thing but I think it's one of the phayngeal arches. At about 8 weeks incus & malleus is developed which is component of Arch 1. So i'm going with B

Damage to cochlear duct - its collapse due to luck of endolymp + immune complexes damage involved...
My family member did some kind of study on this topic...just borrowed knowledge from him 2 minutes ago...
