I have heard that you can write the pn in complete sentences, which like in FA, or use bullet style, which only use phrases. I prefer bullet style because it saves time. But I'm afraid to write like this. Any ideas? Thanks.

both ways are fine as long as someone else, who isnt trained to any particular style u may have been taught in ur med school, can decipher it...if u have doubts write it in the way most suitable to u and ask some friend or senior or to read it and see..
If u see the CD which USMLE send us it has an example to point based writing....so it should be fine
