here I'm starting my step 1 prep Journal .. today is Friday 9-5 -08 , the first day in my step 1 prep. it's 4: 30 pm here local time in Cairo , I will start my first day by reading Physiology from BRS . and I'll give 2 weeks to finish this book hopefully everything will gonna be fine and ok
Task of today: 1- Read chapter 1 (cell physiology )form BRS
that's all

it was a very GOOD start , I liked this book , and physiology seems to be a piece of cake ..BRS has a very good presentation of this subject

Well Frankly speaking, better than before but not upto the mark.
I beleve now that Library is absolute necessity for USMLE prep as you are not supposed to prepare whole life.
This forum has lot to do in terms of incalculcating awareness within you what need to be done for which subject.

Today 's task [day 7] still doing repisatory physiology from BRS , I like this book , really GREAT BOOK ...I recommend it .. so organized and systematized
