I have opened oasis, but I am not sure what to do. I will pay by credit card and..do I have to just fill the ecfmg account by 200$? That's it?

Hello,
Yes, It is that simple.You will need to use the form to submit a payment and that's it. They will use that money in your account to process the J-1.
Are you applying for the initial J-1 or you need to change category? (J-1 research to J-1 Clinical) Just asking because I am changing category and I have some doubts.
