Well, my experience is much similar to the ones already posted in this forum. I got a 237/98, having studied for 6 months, using Kaplan notes and videos and UW, which I wish I had the chance to go over for a second time. UW rocks!!!

IMPORTANT: media clip videos are at the end of the blocks. So get there with 5 spare minutes, at least. I got a very looooong question with media clip. I heard the aortic stenosis. was easy, but the block ended when I was closing that window in order to mark the correct answer. I was trying to mark the correct answer but the system wouldn't let me since I had the video window still open. Took me 5 seconds to realize about it, after which I moved the mouse and clicked on the x to close that window, but when I was scrolling the mouse and pointed the arrow onto the correct answer, the block ended. So, one easy question lost for not having 2 seconds spared.

4 blocks later there was another media clip, again, at the end of the block. By then, however I had managed to reach the ends of the blocks 5 minutes in advice, and in those blocks I noticed I wouldn't make it to the end on time, i scrolled down to the last question just to check if there was a media clip and it was 1 when i did. After I answered that question, I went back up to where I was and rushed to complete the block.

I hope this info can be of any use for those who are about to take the test

thanks will remember to save 5 minutes at the end. or maybe i should just click on the last question to see whether there is a media clip in that block or not and then pace myself. good strategy.
congrats great score.
