32 year old male with progressive headache of 3 months which he describes as worse in the mornings with projectile vomiting, now presents with increase Intracranial pressure, loss of upper gaze and sunset eyes. whats the dx? (plz dont just say brain tumor, be specific)

It's a brain stem glioma with pons involvement.

thanks, I forgot about it. i was concern about upper pons involvement

This is the parinaud syndrome which involve CN3.
