hi,
just want to find out a good reply to a question if a pt asks why r u asking questions abt my sexual activity ?
if case is related to it .. then we can rpely in the same manner saying that sinc eu have a past history or ur present symptoms seems to be assoc with sxual activity so i would like to ask u few qs abt it which will help me diagnose ur problem ..
but what if the case is not related?

I would say ,
Well as your concerned physician, I just want to make sure your sexual behaviour is safe enough to protect you from many diseases that can be transmitted by sexual contact.
Please correct me if this is inappropriate.
