hey myeloma come on man v need each other dude... spirits are infective.. so dont be depressed.. cheer up v hav 3 months more.. v can def go for 2-3 revisions in tat time.. v all ll keep each other motivated and once v all finish our first read v can post questions here discuss concepts..
@ smarty.. keep going.. may god speed us.. i hope i can finish my first read by jun end..

thank you meningioma and smarty for cheering me up..but the thing is guys im far too away from my home country and since im sick these days so im missing my home like crazzyyyyyyy. i wish there was a medicine for home sickness as well....guys i know this is a place to discuss study progress but im just going out of my mind thnking about my family back home...the beautiful city i left behind...noise of trafffic..polluted air, street food and what not man ! i miss everything . Would u guys believe im hmmming patriotic songs these days unintentonally?? 
To all u guys out there still enjoying the previlegies of ur home land...pls dont take it for granted no matter how back ward or polluted it is ..u'll cry for it later .im sure of it.good luck studying

i miss my home town wen i am in college.. i can very well imagine u missin ur home COUNTRY.. but dont worry everythin is temporary.. jus focus on ur Steps.. after that everything will be easy n u n ur family can be happy n together in US ever after

hello hello meningioma and myeloma.well dear docs, i can just say that i hope you feel better soon and can focus again on the prep. i Know its hard sometimes, esp missing home and family can be a tough phase, i have been through one and know it. well thats all i could say for now, but YOU know, these days will fly off soon and think of the time when you will be done with the steps and can reunite with your folks. Dont worry this phase will pass too. we all have tough times, and this preparation is too depressing sometimes, but it too shall pass. Lets pray and hope that we get what we are aiming for in the end and all this stress and moping with the stress of the prep doesnt go wasted insha allah.ameen!. ALL THE BEST FELLOWS. KEEP IT UP! you are doing great!

good luck smarty with histo and meningioma for neuroanatomy...
i have to finish physio in 5 days IA and that means approx 70 pgs per day.....i wanna do kaplan kaplan and only kaplan and that too quite seriously in the time given to me that is from 9 to 5 .......some days are not as good as others abut i guess we have to keep moving.....

hey meningioma and doc99 good to see you around. well i have switched too. i was doing histo, then i started with immuo. while doing that , i felt bored again, so started with comparative micro from kaplan. Good scores are so hard to achieve i dont know wht id be able to do in just 3 mnths. all the best docs!! have a GOOD day!!

yes 3 months ..really 3 months and nothing more than that but i dont know how am i able to do 70 pages .....plus qs of uw and fa too..soo many things and soo little time

Hi everyone ,
Sooooo busy last few days , wk, so not able to post here .
Seems all studying hard, keep it up , though we all vent at our own site , 
So ........ lets keep it up & have a great wk end & coming wk
Boy .. u r rt docNN ............ so little time , so many to do.. so lets focus on reading 1st then squeeze the qs, FA ......... soon ............... all will pick up speed , u will even doen 100 page a day .
I had tried it last year but , with my busy life , acnnot continue so, now re trying to get at least 30 page then will march to 50 then 100 , is all in our mind , when read ........... if doen with one quick fast makes u undersatnd well.. will do ......... if happy reading then will get success study , try it .
Had done b4 but stop in between so , lets speed up , do well , with fast pace again .
Am also in studying subj wise . Will do qs, FA as soon as subj r done .

hello docs where are u all. i was busy with shifting to a new home and cleaning and arranging. where are YOU all.
i have started with the chapters that were left in patho. this time i am doing them from Goljan as i bought it now. id complete my 1st reading here and then start with the 2nd reading of patho from goljan.>

hi all. couldn't update for a long time...anyways im done with behavioral science and almost bichem amino acid chaptrs still left but couldn't take it anymore will come back to it some day.ur doing good meningioma...i noticed u finished behv sci hey did u understood the biostat chapter??it kinda flew over my head! is the dvd of any use?do lemme know.and where did u do histo n embro from?? i noticed u finished it in a day! is it possible to read it in a day from kaplan? my first read will prolong till 15th july i guess as im left with pharma physio and whole of anatomy except neuro.
can someone race me thru physio??don't wanna spend too much time there i know i will linger on to that fatso book of KLN physio for a month! which i don't have.
i see smarty and shweee are racing thru goljan. goodluck both of u.

hi,
i have done my first read.Now doing Usmle world after reading subject wise.I am getting good marks in pharmac Struggling with Patho.I didnt read Goljan earlier.Now I am reading it cause kaplan alone couldnot bulid my concepts.Dont u think USMLE WORLD paths are too much.But,good in a sense that they help u learn a lot.

Myeloma,
did kaplan for histo n embryo.. its really simple.. a day or 2 at the max.. but after reading tat ppl told me to go thru Hy.. but dont hav time.. anyway Kaplan + UW should be enuf.. also did hy Biostats.. dont remeber anythin bbut.. dependin on my 2nd read only.. also using dvd only for genetics as i dont hav time.. hw many days it takes to finish neuroanat??
And Physio BRS s easier
P.S wen s ur step 1??
