can anyone help me out on the case of child wth h/o temper tentrum?

you can ask

Onset,Duration,Frequency, progression,Context i.e the situation what was he doing when he gets the tantrum. and pf course always start with open ended question and ask how this is affecting the child and the family and show empathy and concern.

Then you can ask the IDIOT immunization,Doctor visits when last time what was the assesment??,infections ,Diet/Dehydration/Dialy activities/routine care /time spent with child by parents/Day care h/o,Toilet training,/few safety questions /screen for abuse .

just 2 or 3 questions to DD Tempur tamtrum from ADHD Tempur tantrums how the child's concentration is he irritable at home and school is he impulsive or unorganized in ideas and belongings.

yea something like that

then counsell [ the temper tantrums are part of toddlers behavior but it gets better as the grow out of it especially when they start communicating verbally it could be a clue to something that is frustrating the child and just cant get it through.its also part of the toddler showing self existance and independency so i advice you to be patient and avoid situations that provoke those tantrums please do not punish the child and always consider his/her safety first. and most imp. to be calm during the episode .

so please correct me on this and add your input
