the US FDA has announced that it will test the vaccines against HIV with the least potential for causing the disease and the best chnace of inducing protective immunity. which of the vaccinations listed is most likely to be tested?

b. a recombinant HIV DNA in vaccinia virus to induce host cells to produce only the HIV p24 protein and then antibodies to p24 protein.

of the vaccination procedures listed, the FDA is most likely to test the procedure that uses a human monoclonal antibodies that react with intact CD4 (T4) recpetor. Antibodies that react with CD4 should look like the portion of HIV that reacts with CD4 receptors. therefore, the vaccinated person should make an antibody to the human monoclonal antibody, which may protect against HIV.
