Can anyone name 10 diseases associated with ADCC? (not 6 or 7,but 10)

1 goodpasture
2 myasthenia.G
3 erytroblastosis fetalis
4 hemolytic anemia
5 ABO incompatibility
6 bullous pumphigoid
7 thrombocytopenic purpura

i'm not sure for the following... :roll:
8 hashimoto
9 grave's
10 rheumatoid arthritis

good-just want to say that Myasthenia Gravis, Graves, Type I Diabetes
come under non cytotoxic -Type II(no tissuedestruction but cell function or structure is altered)

Type II cytotoxic-could add

transfusion rxns
rheumatic fever
hyper acute graft rejection
Hashimoto according to Hi yield immuno it could be Type II &Type IV

:idea: name the mediators of ADDC and also are there any markers for it ?

IgG or IgM against tissue antigens
local complement activation
leukocytes
degranulation of phagocytes
oxygen radicals

The marker q is good cause I think we have to know Every marker or receptor in the body( I dont know it, let me know if you find out :idea:

You forgot to mention NK cells ,even they take part in ADDC.

I think rheumatoid fever is type II, but rheumatoid arthiris is type III?

mjl1717 i thought that rheumatoid fever is type 3..... are you sure about that?

rheumatoid fever is cytotitoxic hypersensitivity, involving antibodies that bind to cardiac tissue, activate complement, and thereby cause cell destruction (T II).
rheumatoid artritis caused by immune complex deposition in joints and subsequent activation of complement (T III).
