hi..
my exam in on 26th may at phili ...
i m preparing from FA and UW but i m still unable to figure out few things...
can someone help me on this plz?
what kind of cases can we get for phone discussions?
do we need to take detailed history on phone too?
like if a person calls and says my wife is preganant and her contractions are 2 min apart.. wat do i do ?
how do we handle these kind of cases?
plus do we have to really listen to heart mrmurs? will we able to find them ?
what if it is missed on examination?
