Basal cell CA presentation keywords: little waxy raised lesion OR ulcer that doesnt heal
Squamous cell CA presentation keyword: ulcer that doesnt heal
Ulcer that doesnt heal if present on upp face above the mouth line is likely to be basal cell
Ulcer that doesnt heal if present on lower face below the mouth line is likely to be squamous cell
(I remember it by thinking that in alphabets B comes before S
so basal cell on upper face (B-upper alphabets) and squamous cell ulcer on lower face (S-lower alphabet)
